Dance in Concert Celebrates 50 Years
To honor Dance in Concert’s legacy at SIUE, the Department of Theater and Dance hosted a 50th anniversary celebration with five performances on Nov. 13-17.

Department of Music, Opera Edwardsville Collaborate to Bring Opera to Local Schools
Thanks to a partnership between the SIUE of Music and Opera Edwardsville this fall, more than 1,000 local elementary students have experienced opera in the form of a beloved children’s story: “Pinocchio.”

Art and Design Faculty Earn Visualizing Research Impacts Awards
The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Graduate School has announced the winners of the 2019 Visualizing Research Impacts (VRI) competition, which encourages SIUE scholars to show the results and impacts of their research to the public through images.
