Last weekend SIUE held the Black Theater Workshop (BTW). This annual student-run production features SIUE students in wide variety of short vignettes emphasizing cultural heritage and issues of civil rights.

Last weekend SIUE’s Metcalf theater rang in black history month with their 2012 black theater workshop. The annual workshops are student written, performed, and ran. This year’s director was Sharaina Turnage, and this years theme was, “Where is the Love.”
